Questions worth asking

Including the ones with answers you may not like. If something you need is not here, ask us directly.

Opening an account

Why do you need my ID?

Any platform that holds client money has to be able to evidence who its clients are. We ask for your legal name, country and date of birth when you sign up, and one photo ID afterwards. If you would rather not provide that, this is not the right platform for you.

How long does verification take?

Usually the same business day. If a document is unclear we will tell you exactly what to re-upload rather than rejecting you without explanation.

Can I use the platform before I am verified?

You can browse and deposit. You cannot invest or withdraw until verification is approved. That restriction is enforced by the database, not just hidden in the interface.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes, 18.

Money in and out

When is a deposit credited?

When the payment is confirmed, not when you tell us you have sent it. The confirmation is what writes the ledger entry that increases your balance.

Why does a withdrawal need approval?

Because an automatic payout path is the single most attractive thing on a platform like this to anyone who compromises an account. Every withdrawal is reviewed by a person, and every approval records who did it and when.

How long do withdrawals take?

Approval is a human step, so it is not instant. Once approved, the payout time depends on the payment method.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

Yes, while it is still pending. Once approved it has left your wallet and cancelling is no longer possible.

Products and returns

Are the rates guaranteed?

No. Returns here are variable and depend on the performance of what your money is doing. A published rate is what we are paying now, not a promise about what we will pay. Anyone telling you a return is guaranteed is either wrong or lying.

What is the difference between an investment product and a mining product?

An investment product applies a rate to the amount you place. A mining product buys you units of hashrate: each period we record what the pool paid and what it cost to run the hardware, and split what is left across holders by the units they hold. Neither pays a set amount.

What happens if I need my money before the term ends?

You can exit early. A product with a term may charge a fee for it, stated on that product page, and it comes off the amount returned.

How is a return calculated?

For an investment product, on your balance in the product using the rate on your position and the day count. For a mining product, from the recorded revenue and costs of the period. Either way every payment stores its own inputs, so you can check the arithmetic yourself.

Do rates change?

Yes. Rates on investment products are variable. A change applies from the date it is published and never retroactively, and the terms attached to a position you have already opened stay as they were on the day you opened it. Mining returns have no rate at all: they move with what the hardware earns.

Risk and protection

Is my money protected if the platform fails?

No. Money held here is not a bank deposit and is not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme. If the platform fails you would be a creditor. You should size your investment with that in mind.

Can I lose money?

Yes. You can get back less than you put in.

What do you do with my personal data?

We use it to verify who you are, to operate your account, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell it. The details are in the privacy policy.

Can you edit my transaction history?

No. Ledger entries cannot be updated or deleted by anyone, including us. A correction is a new entry that sits next to the original, so the history stays honest.
